Job Description

Position: Wastewater Management PM

Location : Holly Springs, NC (on-site)

Contract Duration: 1-year

Start Date: Late August

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the wastewater workstream through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, utilities, and commissioning teams to ensure all wastewater systems align with site-wide plans
• Review and manage technical documents and engineering designs related to wastewater treatment and utility tie-ins
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions to maintain timelines and quality
• Ensure all work aligns with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and company standards
• Serve as a technical liaison between design firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in capital project execution, preferably in the life sciences or biotech manufacturing environment
• Strong background in wastewater management systems and utility integration
• Direct experience in wastewater management, with a focus on utility water sampling and related systems
• Proven ability to manage complex, technical scopes of work within cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to wastewater and environmental regulations
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
