The Opportunity We are seeking a Legal Coordinator to support our growing practice. This dynamic role involves administrative and transactional management tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and technical skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate strong initiative and drive. Key Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and emails Manage incoming mail and emails, and maintain electronic files and databases Establish and maintain calendar and deadline systems using Outlook Draft requests and responses, and coordinate meetings with clients and vendors Make reservations, process invoices, and prepare presentations and documents in Adobe Acrobat Perform general office duties and support special projects as needed Essential Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication, proofreading, and technical skills, especially in Outlook and Word Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and adaptable to changing priorities Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is a plus; experience with electronic data rooms, iManage, and HotDocs is preferred Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
