Transaction Coordinator | Remote (Ogden, UT Area)
Nexeo HR is hiring a Transaction Coordinator for a fast-paced and growing real estate investment team. This temp-to-hire, remote opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in an organized, detail-driven role and can manage multiple real estate transactions while keeping communication clear and proactive. Responsibilities
• Coordinate contracts, closing documents, and title communications to ensure timely closings
• Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, vendors, and team members
• Track documents, deadlines, and compliance across all transactions
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Resolve title issues, delays, or transaction-related problems professionally
• Conduct post-closing follow-ups and maintain long-term client documentation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
• Experience in real estate, title, or transaction coordination preferred
• Must have a personal laptop, phone, and reliable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom for training and meetings (camera required to stay on)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with contracts and documentation
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts professionally
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs or ability to learn quickly
• Must be located near Ogden, UT and open to future in-office work (office opening in approx. 3 months)
Pay
$2500 a month
Schedule
Full-Time | Remote (with future in-office potential in Ogden, UT)
Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
