We’re on the hunt for Senior-Level Tradesmen & Laborers who take ownership of their work, show up with purpose, and bring a bit of fire to the job every day.What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example on a variety of residential and commercial building projects
• Mentor apprentices and share trade knowledge the right way
• Collaborate with a team that values pride, respect, and old-school integrity
• Bring the hustle to get the job done safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
• A Leader
• A capable Pro that doesn't need babysitting
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in construction trades (carpentry, framing, finish work, or general labor)
• Proven reliability—you take the responsibility seriously and show up ready to go
• A positive attitude, respect for your crew, and high personal standards
• Bonus: experience reading blueprints, leading a small crew, or managing subs
