Licensed Land Surveyor Position

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Warrington, PA

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to take on a key role within our Survey Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of surveying projects, from boundary and topographic surveys to ALTA/ACSM surveys and construction stakeouts, using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and production of detailed survey plans and drawings.
2. Train and mentor field crews, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality output.
3. Manage and execute a range of survey projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
4. Perform quality control checks on survey plans and documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
5. Conduct various calculations to assist field personnel during project execution.
6. Engage with clients regularly to align project outcomes with their expectations and requirements.
7. Review title reports and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
8. Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to overcome them.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey project management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.
• Must possess a valid PA PLS license; NJ PLS license is also preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in previous roles.
