Project Engineer – Mechanical Contractor | Build More Than Projects, Build Your Career

We’re a mechanical contractor that believes in two things: precision in our projects and taking care of our people. Now, we’re looking for a Project Engineer who’s ready to bridge the gap between design and reality — keeping projects running smooth, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure materials, equipment, and information are where they need to be — before they’re needed.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation like a pro.
• Assist in job cost tracking and reporting.
• Visit job sites to ensure work matches plans, specs, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field — OR equivalent experience in mechanical construction is a plus, not required.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, project management tools, and a willingness to learn new software.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
