The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales & Leadership Trainee to help lead our efforts in selling our high-quality alkaline water systems to businesses and commercial clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and sales and are eager to grow into leadership roles.

As a Sales & Leadership Trainee, you will start by learning all aspects of the sales process—everything from client acquisition to closing deals—and develop skills in training, interviewing, leadership, and management. This is a fast-track position that offers clear paths for career advancement, with the opportunity to join our Management Training Program as you grow.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Sales Expertise: Master the B2B sales process by identifying and pursuing clients across various sectors, including corporate offices, hotels, fitness centers, and more.
• Training & Mentorship: Learn how to train new sales team members, coach them to success, and contribute to building a high-performing team.
• Interviewing & Recruitment: Get hands-on experience in recruiting new talent and learning how to evaluate candidates for key sales and leadership roles.
• Leadership Development: Begin developing leadership skills by managing small teams, taking ownership of projects, and helping others succeed.
• Management Training: As you gain experience, you'll enter our Management Training Program , where you will develop the skills to lead larger teams and take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead B2B sales efforts, driving new business by identifying potential clients in various industries such as corporate offices, hotels, fitness centers, and more.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Generate leads, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and deliver tailored presentations to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our alkaline water systems and offer expert guidance to clients on how our solutions can enhance their business environment.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to expand our market footprint through partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth implementation of our solutions.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, key metrics, and client feedback to continuously refine strategies and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Passion for Health & Wellness: A belief in the benefits of clean, alkaline water and a strong desire to promote wellness in business environments.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Leadership Potential: Ambition to move into a leadership role and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in sales or leadership is a plus, but not required.
